Description: A superior 140 Mesh rayon cloth with a low reflective matt black PE finish, coated with a cross-linked black rubber adhesive. The cloth backing is designed for easy-tear both transverse and longitudinal. This product has been specially developed for the Australian entertainment industry through consultation with key user groups. It has a super matt finish to minimise reflectivity, enhance appearance and reduce friction and thus tripping hazards. The extreme high cloth content gives it a smooth finish, increased strength and better clean-remove characteristics. The cross-linked adhesive has been optimised to give the best balance between holding power and clean-remove characteristics. This greatly assists removal without damaging surfaces and the black colour facilitates the product’s use for mask-out applications to reduce light and darken auditoriums.
Application: Gaffer Tape – film sets, TV studios, audio visual, lighting, exhibition, staging, commercial photography, display, automotive, rigging, fine arts, construction, security and marine
