Description: A double sided tape consisting of paper tissue carrier coated both sides with a modified acrylic adhesive and high quality 110gsm PE coated white paper liner. It has a very good resistance against UV radiation, extreme temperatures, chemicals, solvents, and humidity. Its highly shear resistant adhesive has excellent durability when attached to metal, varnish and high energy surfaces. The extra heavy coat weight of adhesive makes the product especially suited to rougher or more textured surfaces.
Application: Designed for attachment of all types of signs, decorations, front plates and displays where high shear strength, strong adhesion and good temperature resistance is required. The product was specifically developed to take the place of mechanical fasteners in the assembly of electronic equipment e.g. photocopiers & Fax machines. It has an extra high coat weight that will allow the tape to accommodate a degree of differential expansion/contraction. And conform to rough/complex surfaces.

Surface Preparation: The surface on which the tape is to be used must be clean, dry and free from grease and dust. Remember that pressure sensitive adhesive must be applied with the maximum possible pressure in order to achieve maximum adhesion levels. The recommended application temperature is between 15ºC and 25ºC.
Storage: Tapes stored below the minimum application temperature will require warming up to that level before use. Up to 24 hours may be required for this to take place.
