Description: A White 0.6mm Foamed Acrylic Tape designed for applications where a high initial tack and very high permanent bond is required. It has a high performance foamed acrylic adhesive coated both sides with a special low surface energy (LSE) acrylic adhesive. It is plasticiser and UV resistant, giving good ageing properties. It is on a green plastic release liner suitable for die cutting.
Application: For structural bonding of metals and plastics. Typical applications include: signage, display, shopfitting, trim mounting and badge/nameplate mounting. Particularly for applications bonding dissimilar materials where differential ex-pansion and contraction may be encountered.

Surface Preparation: The surface on which the tape is to be used must be clean, dry and free from grease and dust. Remember that pressure sensitive adhesive must be applied with the maximum possible pressure in order to achieve maximum adhesion levels. The recommended application temperature is between 15ºC and 25ºC.
Storage: Tapes stored below the minimum application temperature will require warming up to that level before use. Up to 24 hours may be required for this to take place.
